  • Zumba Dance

Exercise Classes are great for working up a sweat, meeting new people and achieving results fast! Have a look at our studio timetable - we have classes to suit everyone.

Power Condition
Following a HIIT style training system, power condition is a core and plyometric based exercise class. You will use light free weights, cardio and core movements to achieve a full body workout.


Muscle Mix
A spin on the traditional ‘Body Pump’ class. Using a weighted barbell and free weights you will work your way through the whole body, targeting and toning each muscle group separately. Short bursts of core cardio included to ensure an all over workout.


Ultimate Workout
Based in the fitness suite, a group style workout using the machines, free weights and gym equipment. Interval training style workout that changes week to week, aimed to challenge the body and great for fat loss.


Kettlebells
Challenge and build your strength and core control in our Kettlebell class. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.


Zumba Step
Join the Zumba revolution with Zumba Step. Combine the toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor.


Piloxing
Piloxing is a one-hour cardio class that combines Pilates, boxing and dance into a high-energy interval workout. This innovative fusion keeps the classes fresh.


Powerhoop
Not just for Kids! Join the fitness craze . . . weighted hoops working your core and your cardio fitness. Great fun and a good workout.


Core Circuits
A half an hour core focused circuit training class. Work your abs whilst raising your heart rate. Plank and crunch your way to flatter abs.
