We are delighted to share that, following the Summer 2026 TEP Pupil Census, Gosforth Academy has been recognised with two national pupil engagement awards:

🏆 Pupil Inclusion – Top 10% nationally
🏆 Pupil Enjoyment – Top 10% nationally

These awards place Gosforth Academy among the highest-scoring schools in England across TEP's network of more than 500 schools and 300,000 pupils.

Our Principal, Preit Chahal expressed his pride, stating, "At Gosforth Academy, we believe that young people thrive when they feel included, valued and genuinely enjoy their school experience. Creating a culture where every pupil feels a sense of belonging, can participate fully in school life, and is supported to succeed remains at the heart of everything we do.
