The immunisation team will be returning on 2nd December to immunise any student under 16 who has not had their first Covid dose but would like it. If you have already completed a consent form but missed the original date then the immunisation team will have a record of that. For those who did not consent but now wish to, please complete the consent form below and ask your child to return it to Mrs Philbrick in Visitors Reception by the end of the week.
