Congratulations to all of our students who received their GCSE and vocational results last Thursday. We are delighted that students have been rewarded for their efforts during a difficult year. Students have shown a real strength of character and excellent work ethic which will serve them very well in future. Historic GCSE results at Gosforth have been outstanding and this year has been no different, albeit under a different system.
I’d also like to recognise the superb staff team whose workload has been phenomenal this year. They have not only delivered outstanding provision and supported students way beyond the call of duty but also delivered an assessment process with real credibility and fairness.
We look forward to welcoming many of our students back to our Sixth Form, but for those pursuing pastures new-goodbye, good luck and stay in touch.
